One complete response counts once, even when it arrives in several messages. Errors, system notices and identification steps do not consume responses.

We do not erase your memories when you cancel or choose a smaller plan. Extra resources are paused and can be reactivated.

Storage includes original materials and the notes you write. ZIP files count by their uncompressed contents. Responses renew every service month, even if you pay quarterly or yearly; the daily limit follows your time zone.
What happens when I change plans?
An upgrade with the same renewal period takes effect when Stripe confirms the prorated payment. Downgrades and period changes are scheduled for the end of the paid period. You see the amount and date before accepting.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and you keep your plan until the paid period ends. You then continue on Seed with your memories saved.
Is it really my loved one?
It is an AI created from the memories your family shares. It is not the person or a resurrection. Its purpose is to care for their memory with transparency and respect.
